The Brown Girl Reset
What an incredible evening of connection, vulnerability, and meaningful conversation.
As the inaugural event of the AMHF Wellness Collaborative, The Brown Girl Reset brought together an inspiring panel of women, engaged guests, and community leaders to explore wellness, healing, self-care, and the experiences that shape us.
Led by our moderator AMHF President, Daisy Palliparambil, the evening created space for honest dialogue, shared experiences, and a deeper understanding of what it means to prioritize our well-being.
We are grateful to everyone who attended and helped create a room filled with encouragement, support, and community.
A special thank you to the Martin E. Segal Theatre at the CUNY Graduate Center for hosting us, and to our sponsors and partners: The Department of Anthropology, AAMPOWER, AAARI, and CUNY for helping bring this vision to life.
This was more than an event. It was the beginning of a movement. A reminder that wellness is not a luxury , it is essential, and our community deserves spaces where healing, growth, and connection can thrive.
Welcome to the AMHF Wellness Collaborative.
