📣 New from PAVE Global!

We’re excited to introduce the International Student of the Season: Emerging Designer Stewardship Award.

This new quarterly recognition program celebrates students whose impact extends beyond their coursework and design projects. Through leadership, mentorship, volunteerism, and service, these students help strengthen their academic communities and support those around them.

Nominated by their educator, each quarter, one student will receive a $1,500 educational award and recognition from PAVE Global.

Educators, we invite you to nominate the students who are making a meaningful difference in your program and community. Submit your nominations by November 30.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Sip Into Summer.

One of the most rewarding parts of PAVE is watching connections happen in real time. Students met professionals, recent graduates expanded their networks, mentors shared advice, and friends old and new came together to support the next generation of designers.

Built for students and early-career designers who are ready to take their next step. Each episode is an unfiltered conversation with an experienced designer, architect, or creative leader, covering everything from what makes a portfolio unforgettable to the soft skills that actually close the deal. No rehearsed talking points. Just real advice from people who’ve been in the room.

Episode one features Alec Zaballero, Principal of the Retail Studio at . With thirty years of experience across retail, hospitality, entertainment, sports, and public spaces, and a 2024 induction into the Retail Design Legion of Honor, he knows what it takes and he’s happy to share.
