Founded in 1992 as The Planning & Visual Education Partnership, PAVE Global is a vital and effective educational foundation that enables young talent to build successful careers in all aspects of the retail design industry. PAVE's vision is to cultivate relationships with students and educators through financial assistance, top industry thinking, inspiration, and mentorship. MISSION
- To connect students, educators, and professionals who support the retail design industry in a vibrant, meaningful, and mentoring format.
- To provide students with financial support and industry exposure.
- To connect educators and industry professionals-enriching curricula and encourage industry dialogue.
- To provide retail industry businesses with new, qualified talent and encourage reciprocal investment in PAVE.

Who is the student others can count on? ✨

The PAVE Global International Student of the Season Award recognizes full-time design students who demonstrate leadership, initiative, and a meaningful commitment to their school or community beyond required coursework.

Each quarterly recipient receives a $1,500 award.

Educators, the nomination is quick and simple. Just answer a few open-ended questions about the student, their leadership, and the impact they have made.

First-cycle nominations close November 30.

Adrianna Kimmitt first connected with as a student looking for a project between semesters. That first opportunity eventually led her to the POP Scholarship + Experience, the Scholarship + Experience, Shop! Marketplace, and a role with BISH as she completes her degree.
