Before we hit the road, Scott led us through a warmup full of stretches that reminded many of us of Matt. Then it was time to tackle the heat and put in some quality miles together.

Hot, hot, hot this afternoon… but we got it done! ☀️🔥🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

The temperatures were high, the sun was relentless, and the sweat was flowing, but our runners showed up and put in the work. Great job to everyone who braved the heat and logged those miles today. Stay hydrated, recover well, and we’ll see you at the next run! 💪💦
