10/07-ASSESOR approached kennel and notes dog came in with animal ( W191803). When assessor was doing eval on 191803, this dog in HM05 whined and barked and hard stared at assessor the whole eval.
When assessor approached HM05, dog was standing in middle of kennel with wide eyes, ears down, tail tucked tight. Assessor got down to dogs level and dog began to whine and growl and backed itself into back left corner of kennel and stared at assessor with hard stare, tail down, ears up. Assessor presented treats and tossed them in front of dog and dog sniffed and ate the biggest treat and left the smaller treats. Assessor presented hand closer to dog and dog began to growl more and eyes seemed to get more wide. Assessor presented Leash closer to dog and dog remained growling and trying to back itself closer into back left of kennel. Assessor closed door and ended eval

ASSESSOR approached kennel and dog was laying to front right of kennel with eyes wide, ears normal, tail close. Assessor got down to dogs level and dog did not move and just stared at assessor. Assessor opened kennel door to greet dog closer and present treats and dog sniffed but did not eat treats. Assessor touched dogs nose and dog allowed but was still just staring at assessor with wide eyes. Assessor presented leash and dog stiffened up but remained laying down. Assessor touched dogs neck with Leash and dog followed leash with eyes until it touched dog and dog snapped at the leash quickly and went back to laying down. Assessor closed kennel door and ended eval. Dog stared at assessor and laid while assessor closed and locked kennel
