NTIBN AT NT RESOURCES WEEK 2026 ✊🏾🖤

New connections. More opportunities for Aboriginal businesses across the NT.

NTIBN had a very proactive two days at the NT Resources Week 2026, connecting directly with key decision makers across the mining, energy and renewable energy sectors and putting Aboriginal business procurement firmly on the agenda.

Our Blak Print Report was a huge hit with visitors to the NTIBN booth, helping showcase the strength, capability and growing footprint of Aboriginal businesses across the Territory.

For us, it’s about more than making connections, it’s about turning those conversations into real procurement opportunities for our NTIBN Certified Aboriginal Business Members.

We were proud to see some of our NTIBN Members showcasing their businesses in the Exhibition Hall.

We’re looking forward to building on the relationships established over the two days and continuing to advocate for greater Aboriginal business participation across these major industries.

MEDIA RELEASE: AFL Guernsey Auction brings football, Blak Business and Community together for Nauiyu 2026 Floods Fundraiser:

Blak business owner and former AFL player Raphael Clarke is donating nine football guernseys signed by their respective 2026 AFL teams to help raise funds for families affected by the devastating floods in Nauiyu, Daly River.

In March 2026, the Daly River reached a record flood level of 16.25 metres, forcing Nauiyu residents to evacuate their community and temporarily relocate to Darwin.

The team has reached an exciting milestone after being awarded a four-house package in Maningrida. The project includes demolishing the existing dwellings and constructing four new homes.
