Minnesota Child Care Association MCCA is a statewide organization representing licensed child care centers throughout Minnesota.

Our mission is to promote the success of licensed child care centers as an integral part of Minnesota’s early education system. We serve as a voice for professional, high-quality child care that is affordable, accessible, and able to meet the diverse needs of Minnesota families. MCCA provides statewide and federal representation for Minnesota child care centers on funding, regulatory, and other issues affecting our industry, as well as training and support specific to the needs of child care center directors and owners. We are committed to being a forceful advocate on behalf of our programs, young children, their families, and the early educators who serve them. REMINDER: The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (MnDLI) will be holding another round of statewide Workforce Community Conversations this week as part of their series of sessions sharing how the Minnesota Dual-Training Pipeline can help your center meet its workforce needs. This week's dates are:

-- Sept. 29, 2026, from 3:30 to 5 p.m. at the Blooming Prairie City Center Meeting Room.
-- Oct. 1, 2026, from 8:30 to 10 a.m. at Anoka Technical College — Room 251.
-- Oct. 6, 2026, from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at the Saint Louis County Public Works – Lake Vermillion Room.

MnDLI invites business leaders to share unique employment challenges and successes, network with peers, and explore practical dual-training strategies.
