To close out our Mental Health Awareness Month and AAPI Heritage Month series, we are sharing more responses from youth to the question: "what can support look like when someone is having a bad day?"

Every message shared reflects care, empathy, and the importance of community support. We hope these words remind someone that they are seen, valued, and not alone.

We are continuing to share youth responses to the question: "what can support look like when someone is having a bad day?"

These messages are reminders that kindness, encouragement, and checking in with one another can make a difference — especially during difficult moments.
Thank you to the youth who shared their voices and support with our community.

Recently we asked youth, "what can support look like when someone is having a bad day?" As we recognize Mental Health Awareness Month and AAPI Heritage Month, we want to uplift youth voices and continue creating spaces where mental health conversations feel safe, open, and community-centered.

Their responses remind us that sometimes support starts with simple words, honesty, and reminding someone they are not alone. Small words can have a big impact.
