MOAC Monthly Meeting featuring Emma Bond of the Casco Bay Trail Alliance

The mission of the Casco Bay Trail Alliance is to plan and support a multi-use trail loop through the communities of Auburn, Brunswick, Cumberland, Durham, Falmouth, Freeport, Lewiston, Lisbon, New Gloucester, North Yarmouth, Portland, Pownal, Topsham, and Yarmouth. When completed, this continuous off-road corridor will be an incredible community resource, providing a safe active transportation corridor, promoting public health, and helping to reduce emissions and protect the environment.

Friendly reminder that Maine's archery deer hunting season starts 10/3/26 and fi***rm season starts 11/2/26. New Hampshire's archery season started 9/15 and fi***rm is 11/11/26. Reny's is a good spot for affordable blaze orange.

Nice walk along the Westbrook Riverwalk and the newish Rivermeadow Nature Preserve today. Beautiful weather. The Nature Preserve is across the river near an ice rink and kayak launch. Lots of boardwalk and trails with wood chips - very pleasant! Thank you Presumpscot Regional Land Trust
