As we prepare to move into our new building, we were so grateful to welcome a wonderful group of volunteers from Citizens Bank for a day of service. The team helped us pack overnight supplies in preparation for the move and then headed over to our new building, where they assembled shelving units, outdoor picnic tables for the children’s playground, and more.

We are incredibly thankful for their hard work, enthusiasm, and willingness to help wherever they were needed. Thank you, Citizens Bank, we’re so grateful for your help and support.

Jeremiah's Place: Renovation Series
Last week, our new playground was installed! For the very first time at Jeremiah's Place, our kiddos will have their own dedicated outdoor play space right outside our back door! Our current center doesn’t have a playground, so we’re especially excited to give our kids a safe space to play and explore outdoors. Every day, we are one step closer to opening the doors of our new home!

Our sixth ELC Cohort began this month and it is off to a great start! Our kiddos began with ""get to know you"" activities and started introductions to Khan Academy Kids! There's so much more in store for these kiddos as the cohort progresses.

Jeremiah's Place: Renovation Series
One of the most exciting things about our new home is that it's about double the size of our current center, giving our kiddos and staff more room to play and learn! And we’re especially excited about our new, much-bigger kitchenette! It’s almost finished and will give us more room to prepare the three meals and three snacks we serve our kiddos every day.

Do you know what an impact gun is? More importantly...do you know what sound it makes? Our construction team decided to put their skills to the test by attempting to imitate one. We’ll let you be the judge!

Turn up the volume and enjoy the sounds of construction… or something like it! Vote in the comments who did it best!
