Happy Father's Day to all the dads and father figures who make a difference every day. 🌟

Last week, our East Liberty Family Center celebrated the incredible men in our community with a special Father's Day gathering focused on appreciation, self-care, and connection during Men's Mental Health Month.

Guests enjoyed great food by Shumans, meaningful conversation, and an inspiring presentation from Anwan Wesley, creator of the D.A.D. app, who shared how the platform is supporting fathers throughout Allegheny County.

Thank you to everyone who joined us as we recognized and celebrated the positive impact fathers and father figures have on the lives of our youth and families every day.😊

Our Teen & Tween L.E.A.D. Summer Sessions are officially underway!

After two exciting days, we’re starting to get into the swing of things, build routines, and make new connections. From team-building activities and leadership development to plenty of laughs and fun, our participants are already making the most of their summer at Kingsley.

Last week’s Senior Fun Day was extra special as we celebrated the birthday of one of Kingsley’s very own, Ashanti! 🎂

Our seniors enjoyed an afternoon filled with laughter, fellowship, and birthday cheer as they came together to honor Ashanti and all she does for our Kingsley family. From sharing stories and smiles to enjoying sweet treats, it was a wonderful reminder of the strong connections and sense of community that make Senior Fun Day so meaningful.

Last Tuesday’s Mommy & Me Storytime was all about colors and shapes! 🟪🌈 🔵

Families spent time outdoors drawing with chalk, then went on a fun scavenger hunt searching for items by color and shape in nature.

We wrapped up with snacks and a great morning of learning, play, and connection together.😊
