We are excited to present the award winners for the 2026 Pittsburgh High School Ultimate League Scholarship - congratulations to Auden Jacobson and Victor Burkardt!

The Scholarship was founded in 2005 and is given yearly to graduating seniors who have demonstrated outstanding leadership and playing ability, and also plan to remain in the Pittsburgh area for college.

This years winners are both from Fox Chapel Area High School AND both heading to the University of Pittsburgh in the fall.

Victor worked his way from being a newbie his sophomore year to Spirit Captain and now to a roster spot on the youth club team, Impulse -- all while also being a team captain of the Fox Chapel fencing team!

Auden was the sole freshman & Rookie of the Year for Fox Chapel. He played every available youth league and tournament in his HS career, leading him to the Player of the Year award for Open Division 1 this spring and captain title for Impulse.

We wish them both tons of success in their coming years in the city and look forward to working with them!
