We promote a new standard of customer service, raising expectations of tourism and hospitality professionals who welcome visitors to the Memphis area. We provide training and certifications for people who interact with visitors - aka Insiders. Learn more about our classes. We manage a recognition program called , and we host the Pick Awards to recognize Insiders who go above and beyond to welcome visitors to the Memphis area.
