Everything we do in Les Passees is for our Community Partners who share our mission of enhancing the lives of children and families in our community. Picture 1: Recently some of our ladies helped to clean and get set up at Southern Reins for their Annual Derby Fundariser event. Picture 2: Dropping off food items that were collected from our May meeting for Neighborhood Christian Schools "Sack Lunch Program" to help feed the kids who attend summer programs through the school.

Our Les Passees President’s Luncheon was held on April 22nd at Ridgeway Country Club to honor President Leslie Darr. This luncheon is held each year inviting past presidents of the club to honor our current President. This year it was hosted by our 2025 President, Barbara Hvasta. Our president Leslie discussed her plans for this year and noted that it this is Les Passees 40th anniversary of Stock Exchange and 116 years of Les Passees! The luncheon was made even more special with flowers designed by Master Gardener Katie Clark-Siracuse. Most of the flowers even came from Katie’s own garden! Each lady that attended received a bud vase with President Leslie Darr taking home a large bouquet. Cheers to all of our amazing ladies who have represented us as President over the years!

Our J1 Provisionals meet last week to learn about what it takes to be in Les Passees. They were presented with information about our history, our work with our community partners, got to meet one of our puppets from Kids on the Block and learned all about what we do at our biggest fundraiser of the year the Les Passees Stock Exchange! The engery and excitment these ladies have is catching and we can't wait for them to be part of our mission to help children and families in Memphis!

We had a fantastic April General Membership meeting with a luncheon and Cabi fashion show at Memphis Country Club! Our board members, chariman and committee members had a "picture day" to start things off and then had a fabulous lucheon. We then were treated to a Cabi fashion show where clothing was for sale with part of the proceeds benefiting Les Passees! Thanks to Anne Templet Blevins for coorindating the Cabi Fashion show!
Also BIG thanks to Keith Reynard with Skipworth Photography for taking all of our photos and to Allision Kellum and June Hurt for coordinating all of sitting times!

On Monday we had our first "Cheers to our Community Partners", a meet and greet with some of our 2026 Community Partners: Christopher A Pugh II Center, Samaritan Counseling Centers of the Mid-South and Isaiah House 117.
Big shout out to Les Passees member Tonya Miller and her husband, Mike, for letting us meet up for this fun event at Patrick's Neighborhood Bar & Patio!
We learned so much about these great Community Partners and we all left very motivated and excited for our 2026 year!

We had an amazing General Membership meeting in March where celebrated St Patrick's Day and Interantional Women's Day.
We had a fabulous dinner provided by our hospitalty ladies and we got to meet the newest J1s who were introduced at this meeting! We are so excited to have these ladies join our ranks!
