Proud to be part of the great conversations and valuable insight at the latest stop of the “Ask the (Builder) Experts Roadshow” hosted at the Crye-Leike East Memphis office!

WTNHBA executives and leaders Ken Scroggs, Greg Bridgers, Eddie Kircher, and Derek Eller joined fellow industry professionals to discuss topics impacting today’s housing market, including advantages of purchasing a new-build home, as well as market trends and forecasts. They shared more about buying now versus waiting, the builder/developer process, and punch lists and homeowner expectations. The team also recapped recent legislative wins affecting housing and development.
