THOUGHT
Progress is never free. There is always a cost.

CHALLENGE
Progress and strengthen your faith today by proclaiming your love of God to others. The cost may be ridicule or even hatred, but the benefits are endless.

REFERENCE

CHALLENGE
Choose to be optimistic today. After all, today was made by God. More importantly, choose to be optimistic and joyful about your eternal life with God - His promise if you accept Him as your Lord and Savior.

REFERENCE
This is the day the LORD has made; let us rejoice in it and be glad.

THOUGHT
If you are hanging by a thread, make sure it's attached to the hem of His garment.

CHALLENGE
When you are feeling anxious, even desperate, the best place to find comfort is in the presence of Jesus. He is the greatest source of peace. Close your eyes, reach out your hand and imagine touching his robe. Continue praying for the peace and healing only Jesus can provide.

REFERENCE
But Jesus said, "Someone has touched me; for I know that power has gone out from me." When the woman realized that she had not escaped notice, she came forward trembling. Falling down before him, she explained in the presence of all the people why she had touched him and how she had been healed immediately. He said to her, "Daughter, your faith has saved you; go in peace."

THOUGHT
Because God created us, we have the potential of living lives of significance, possibility and impact.

CHALLENGE
You CAN live a life of significance BECAUSE God created you. Keep that reality front of mind every day and find ways to make a positive impact for God.

REFERENCE
For we are his handiwork, created in Christ Jesus for the good works that God has prepared in advance, that we should live in them. One in Christ.
Ephesians 2:1

THOUGHT
Christianity is for the unworthy, the lost and the sinful. It's for people who need to hear that they can be forgiven. In other words, it's for everyone!

CHALLENGE
It's not difficult to find someone who needs a deeper relationship with Christ - you don't have to look far. It may be a co-worker, a neighbor or even someone in your own church. It may even be you! Pray for that person and encourage them to get to know the One who will love them even if they feel unworthy.

REFERENCE
But so that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins, He said to the man who was paralyzed, I say to you, get up, and pick up your stretcher, and go home.
Luke 5:24

THOUGHT
Be at peace today, because no matter what you are facing, God will be with you.

CHALLENGE
Have faith, know that God will be with you, by your side the entire day. Remember to thank Him before retiring for the evening - be specific. You'll find peace in reliving those moments you felt closest to Him.

REFERENCE
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

THOUGHT
By following Jesus, we should not only try to be a better version of ourselves, but more importantly a more accurate reflection of Christ.

CHALLENGE
What can you do to reflect Christ's love today? There are plenty of examples in the Gospels. Open your favorite Gospel and pick one. If you need inspiration, see below...

REFERENCE
Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet. I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you. Very truly I tell you, no servant is greater than his master, nor is a messenger greater than the one who sent him. Now that you know these things, you will be blessed if you do them.

THOUGHT
A humble spirit doesn't shrink -- it simply makes more room for God's glory.

CHALLENGE
There is no such thing as a self-made man. Ask God for the humility to recognize that your talents, good fortune and even every breath you take are a result of God's grace. With your head and you heart now in the right place, thank God by finding ways to share your wealth and glory (no matter how big or small) with others.

REFERENCE
Do nothing out of selfishness or out of vainglory; rather, humbly regard others as more important than yourselves,
Philippians 2:3

THOUGHT
Where you are now doesn't determine where you can be if you decided to change.

CHALLENGE
Where is your relationship with God? Is it where you want it to be? If not, decide to make some changes in your life starting today to move closer to God. Spending some time in prayer is a good place to start.

REFERENCE
So whoever is in Christ is a new creation: the old things have passed away; behold, new things have come.
2 Corinthians 5:17

THOUGHT
The family is one of God's masterpieces.

CHALLENGE
One of His many masterpieces, and oh so important. Today not only strengthen your faith but strengthen your family bonds. Tell your family how important they are to you and in what ways. Remind them how much you love them, how important they are in your life, and how they are a blessing to you.

REFERENCE
Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins. Offer hospitality to one another without grumbling.
1 Peter 4:8-9
