Louisville Roller Derby is proud to announce that our featured non-profit for our October 3 Double Header: Camp Crystal Skate is the Center for Women and Families.
We will be hosting a donation drive at our bout and are asking our fans to consider bringing items to donate. Some high need items for the center include:
- Laundry Detergent Pods
- Shampoo and Conditioner
- Body Wash and Soap
- Deodorant
- Toothpaste
- Pull-ups and Training Pants
- Undergarments (new, all sizes)
- Socks (new, all sizes)

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, making it especially meaningful for us to spotlight on a local organization working every day to support survivors and build a safer community.
We are proud to partner with the Center for Women and Families, a local organization providing critical, compassionate services to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. From a 24/7 crisis hotline and emergency shelter to sexual assault forensic exams, legal and medical advocacy, counseling, therapy, and support groups, the Center is there to help survivors navigate some of their most difficult moments. Their work extends beyond immediate support, offering education, prevention programs, and professional training focused on bystander intervention and creating communities where everyone can feel safe.
Fans can also help support their mission by voting for their favorite skater during the bout. All proceeds from Fan Favorite Voting will go directly to The Center for Women and Families.
