History is meant to be shared, and we're proud to have people like Andy Solages helping us tell it!

A special thank you to Andy for representing the AARCH Society at the 2026 Association for the Study of Classical African Civilizations (ASCAC) Regional Conference, held at historic Storer College.

Andy delivered an insightful presentation highlighting the rich Africana history of Frederick County, sharing stories, knowledge, and perspectives that help preserve our past and educate future generations.

The positive feedback he received is a wonderful reminder of why our mission matters. Every opportunity to share our history is an opportunity to inspire, educate, and build connections beyond our community.

Swing by the center today 12-4pm!
