Everton Blair is headed to Congress.

Blair won the special election runoff for Georgia’s 13th Congressional District, defeating Marcye Scott and securing the seat previously held by the late U.S. Rep. David Scott.

Blair will serve the remainder of Scott’s term through January 2027.
