Everyone deserves access to health information they can understand, trust, and share with the people they love.

Thank you to the Latin American Association - Asociación Latinoamericana for welcoming Equitable Vaccines to your Health Expo and for the important work you do to bring vital resources and services to Latino individuals and families.

As part of Out of Hand Impact, Equitable Vaccines uses art, animation, and illustration to make vaccine and health information more approachable and accessible.

At the Health Expo, we shared our animated short film "Villancico de Vacunas," comic book "Nano y los Guardianes del Sistema Inmune," and informational COVID cards with everyone who stopped by to learn more.

✨ What a DREAM to share We Hold These Truths with 90 community members across two special days.

Thanks to our partners at Southern Poverty Law Center and Refuge Temple Ministries, "Tell Them About the Dream" by Dana L. Stringer brought the room together through the power of theater. Performed by Geoffrey Williams, the play served as a theatrical catalyst for facilitated conversations that invited audience members to connect with one another. 💬

💙 Our mission in celebrating is about imagining an America for ALL. That starts with opening our hearts, bridging divides, and connecting with our neighbors.

This intimate, one-person show shines a light on HIV in Atlanta, where nearly 1 in 51 people is living with HIV and Black, Hispanic, and LGBTQ+ communities are disproportionately impacted.
