Tonight marks the beginning of Eid al-Adha! Eid al-Adha is an Islamic holiday that commemorates the willingness of the Prophet Ibrahim (Abraham) to sacrifice his son in obedience to God. It is observed annually during the Islamic month of Dhu al-Hijjah. Today, King Charles III addressed US Congress and spoke on interfaith connection: “Having devoted a large part of my life to interfaith relationships and greater understanding, it is that faith in the triumph of light over darkness, which I have found confirmed countless times. Early Voting Begins TODAY for the Georgia Primaries. Primaries are a undervalued part of the election process. In 2024, only one of Georgia’s U.S. House races were decided in November.
