Each year, the Tampa Bay Business Coalition for the Arts awards six or more Charlie Hounchell Arts Stars Scholarships to exceptional Tampa Bay high school students pursuing their talents in instrumental and vocal music, theater, dance, visual arts and literary arts.

Founded in 2008 by the late Charlie Hounchell, a former TBBCA president, the scholarship program continues his legacy by empowering young artists to pursue their passions and shape the future of our creative community.
