Helping kids with brain cancer, to beat the #1 disease killer of young people.

Inspired by a big heart and brain, the Robert Connor Dawes (RCD) Foundation was created in 2013 in the memory of 18 year old Robert Connor Dawes. We are battling brain cancer and supporting paediatric brain matters in the areas of Research, Care and Development in Australia & the United States. This involves contributing funds to brain tumour Research, supporting young people with at home rehabilitation Care like music & yoga therapy, as well as Development initiatives inspiring the next generation of brain cancer practitioners & researchers.

We are excited to welcome Sydney Brewery to our Connor’s Golf Classic at the prestigious Elanora Country Club on Monday November 23. They’ll be bringing some refreshment fun to par-tee hole number 5 with their classics and new brews, creating a great tasting pit-stop for our golfing participants.

They have NSW covered with 4 brewery locations across the state including the O.G at Surry Hills, Hunter Valley, Rozelle and Alexandria. So stop by one of their breweries for tastings, food, live music and fun!

One month on, and we’re still feeling the Connor’s Run magic! ✨

From the streets of Melbourne to beaches, parks and neighbourhoods around the world, Connor’s Run 2026 brought people together in so many incredible ways.
Whether you joined us in Melbourne or took on Connor’s Run Your Way Any Day, you helped make this year one to remember, raising over $1.7 million to change the odds for kids with brain cancer.

Forever 7 Mission, For Sweet Georgia Brown 🌈 💜

What an incredible show of love, strength and community.

After seven weeks of dedication, the Forever 7 Mission at Reborn Fitness has come to an emotional and inspiring finish, bringing people together to honour Georgia’s memory, celebrate her legacy and raise funds and awareness for paediatric brain cancer.

A heartfelt thank you to the entire Reborn Fitness community, everyone who took part in the seven-week challenge and those who came along for the final push.

Georgia’s impact continues to reach far beyond those who knew her, inspiring a community to come together and make a difference.

Every pair of shoes tells a story. Some belong to people still fighting. Others belong to those heartbreakingly no longer with us.

Yesterday, the Great Hall at Parliament House was filled with shoes, stories and a powerful call for change at Head to the Hill 2026.

Patients, families, carers, researchers, clinicians and advocates came together with one shared purpose: to improve outcomes for people affected by brain cancer.

Together, the brain cancer community called on the Australian Government to prioritise a national research and clinical trials roadmap, equitable access to specialist support and trials, and sustainable funding for advocacy.

We were proud to have RCD Foundation’s Head of Research, Dr Kim Wark, among the speakers, lending her voice to this important national conversation.

Thank you to Brain Tumour Alliance Australia (BTAA), the Australian Brain Tumour Collaborative and every advocate who shared their story, honoured a loved one or helped bring these important conversations to Parliament.
