gender diverse; a newly arrived migrant or refugee woman; or have a disability. We develop each woman’s confidence and self-esteem as well as her skills and knowledge to obtain work through a suite of tailored pre-and post-employment services, including personal outfitting, resume assistance, interview preparation, mock interview practice and mentor placements. We focus specifically on helping women gain employment not only because work provides financial security but also a sense of social connectedness, dignity and pride. Every woman deserves a room of her own. For our Managing Director, Donna, it's her wardrobe. 🤍

It's about the space, independence and freedom to become who you are.
But not every woman has had the chance to create a room of her own.

Sometimes the challenge isn't finding the right outfit, it's finding the confidence, security, belonging and opportunity to imagine a different future.

"That's why I love what we do. We help women step into work but more importantly, we help create the conditions for women to thrive and write the next chapter of their own story."

That's the heart of Love Letter to My Closet. Your story has the power to remind someone that confidence can begin with a single outfit, a single moment, or a single act of kindness.

So let's celebrate the clothing that carried us through life's defining moments and help women everywhere feel seen, valued and that they truly belong.

You don't need to be a writer. You just need a memory. 🤍

It's the single thing that stops people sharing, "I wouldn't know what to say." But a Love Letter to My Closet isn't an essay. It's just a feeling about one piece of clothing that meant something.

The jacket that made you brave. The dress you'll never give away. The shoes you wore on a day that changed things.

Say it in a voice note. Snap a photo. Write two lines. However it comes out, it's yours and it's welcome.
