The Government has made record investments to strengthen Medicare and lift care worker wages. But there’s unfinished business.

HSU members are calling for 5 things:

1. Fund better wages and conditions for NDIS workers through bargaining.
2. End placement poverty in allied health, aged care and the NDIS.
3. Professionalise and register the care and support workforce.
4. Grow hospital funding and the preventative health workforce.
5. 12 days of reproductive health leave.
