Members of Post 4 and 136 were honored to hold a flag line to welcome the Kyle Petty Charity Ride Across America to Wichita tonight! After the ride in, Mayor Lily Wu declared May 4th to be Kyle Petty Charity Ride day. Those representing Post 4 & 136 had the pleasure of taking a group picture with Mayor Wu along with Kyle & Richard Petty! What a great evening! Today, on Vietnam Veterans Day, we pause with gratitude and respect to honor the brave men and women who served during the Vietnam War.

You answered the call to serve our country during a difficult and often divided time in our nationโ€™s history. Many of you faced challenges not only overseas, but also when you returned home. Yet through it all, your courage, sacrifice, and dedication never wavered.

Because of you, we are reminded that service to our country comes with great strength, resilience, and heart. Your legacy continues to inspire generations, and your contributions will never be forgotten.

โŒš๐—ง๐—ถ๐—บ๐—ฒ: 6:15-6:30 am (trailer arrives and will start placing flags at 6:30am)

If we have 12 -15 volunteers the job will be completed in about 30 minutes.
