What a great few days at the 2026 Association of Farmworker Opportunity Programs Conference!

From connecting with workforce professionals from across the country and learning from others in the field to celebrating the accomplishments of our partners, this year's conference was a great reminder of the impact that strong partnerships can have on the communities we serve.

We were especially proud to celebrate Hoxie Implement Co., Inc. Inc. as the recipient of the 2026 Excellence Award – Employer of the Year for their commitment to advancing opportunities for America's farmworkers through the National Farmworker Jobs Program.

We're grateful for the opportunity to learn, connect, celebrate, and return to Kansas with new ideas and renewed motivation to continue helping individuals build skills, pursue education, and move toward economic self-sufficiency.
