Team Grant T.E.A.M. Grant (Together Everyone Achieves More) The objectives of T.E.A.M. Grant are:

To promote the welfare of children and youth in home, school, and community. To bring into closer relation the home and the school, that parents, grandparents, and teacher may cooperate in the education of children and youth. To develop between educators and the general public such united efforts as will secure for all children and youth the highest advantages in physical, mental and social education.

Hey folks, spread the word!! We are hosting an info night for incoming kindergartners and their families - May 19th, 4:30-5:30 pm, at Grant!! Come meet our incredible kindergarten teaching team, administrators, and fellow parents. Our PTG will be there to help answer your questions about what it’s like to have a kindergartner, and what kiddos will need to be able to do to be successful next year.

We look forward to seeing you there!

Light refreshments will be provided. This event is intended for incoming kindergarteners and their grownups 😊

Last week was one for the books!!! Our teachers and staff were showered with appreciation, and it was such an honor to be a part of the PTG team working to pull it off. Grant Elementary is a very special place, where every child is getting what they need, and where the emphasis on compassion and understanding cannot be understated. ❤️❤️❤️

HUGE thank you to our TEAM Grant secretary, who was at the school every day last week, making sure things went off without a hitch. She was our breakfast guru, coffee fairy, gift bag coordinator, Italian Soda barista, and sandwich delivery person 👏👏👏

Let’s gooooo!!!! Grant Elementary has the best staff, and you cannot convince us otherwise. We have the most dedicated teachers, paras, office staff and administration, and don’t even get me started on kitchen, maintenance, and specialists. Every staff member in this building knows and cares for every one of our kids, and we appreciate them SO MUCH!!!

Our PTG kicked off staff appreciation week with breakfast in the library… looking forward to spoiling all these wonderful people all week long!

Hello Everyone! Some of our 3/4 graders were gifted a field trip to City of Spokane Mayor's Office City Hall and Mobius Discovery Center by several community groups. The inviduals who gave the talk to our kiddos are having an open talk Spokane Public Library 's Hive location. Check it!

Our annual Butter Braids fundraiser is underway - be sure to order yours by November 14! Delivery will be December 16th, just in time for the holidays. You don't want to miss out on these delicious pastries, which are exclusively sold through fundraisers, such as this.

TEAM Grant depends on the funds we raise with Butter Braids every winter to be able to support our after school programming, special classroom projects for the rest of the year, field trip opportunities and transportation, and teacher appreciation activities. Lend a hand if you can!

What an AMAZING Hallway Halloween at Grant this year!!! So many incredible costumes and happy faces - if you took a photo with our fall Photo Booth, please tag us! We’d love to see and share!!

Our whole community owes a huge THANK YOU to our wonderful staff and teachers, as well as Grant family members, and community partners, who all worked together to pull off this great event. A particular thanks needs to go out to a few of our TEAM Grant board members, who went above and beyond to make sure we had enough candy, prizes, and volunteers to make this possible - you know who you are, and you crushed it!!
