SNAP Outreach is proud to join Coordinated Care and local partners for the Vision & Dental Van Tour, bringing essential health services and community resources directly to families.
📍 Trent Elementary School
3303 N Pines Road, Spokane Valley

Families can access free vision and dental screenings, prescription glasses and fluoride treatments, along with other essential resources, including food staples, haircuts, school supplies and more.
