STIX Diabetes Programs Providing year-round programming and summer camps for children and young adults with diabetes.

STIX Diabetes Programs is based on four fundamentals for success:
Support - Campers at our camps will receive the necessary resources to mentally and physically overcome the everyday challenges of having diabetes. Tradition - Camps offers all that traditional summer camps offer, plus a whole lot more! Games such as Capture the Flag, Message to Garcia, A.W.O.L., Counselors Ghost, and activities lik

e arts and crafts, canoeing, swimming and an exciting campfire are part of the tradition of camp. Information - Campers will receive optimum diabetes care from local health care providers and diabetes educators and dietitians. Campers will have the tools and resources to successfully manage their diabetes while at camp by balancing their activity level with their food and insulin intake. X-citement - Camps will never offer a dull moment to children with diabetes. Our summer camp has a ton of activities which will give kids friendship and fun that they will never forget.

We know the past week has been incredibly difficult for so many in our community. Our hearts continue to be with everyone who has been impacted by the fires, especially those who have lost their homes or have been displaced.

We know a pool party doesn't change what has happened, but we hope Sunday can be a little bright spot, a couple of hours to step away, be together, reconnect with friends, and simply enjoy some time in the pool.

You are welcome to arrive as early as 5:00 PM to check in and grab dinner so you're ready to swim when the pool opens promptly at 5:30 PM.

We'll also have Kona Ice for everyone to enjoy!

We know this has been an incredibly difficult time for so many families, and we are thinking of all those who have been affected.

If you or someone you know has been displaced by the fires and is in need of diabetes supplies, please don't hesitate to reach out. While STIX is not an emergency supply provider, we can help connect families with resources and organizations that may be able to assist.

Camp TWIGS Families,

Our hearts are with everyone who has been impacted by the current wildfires. We hope that you, your families, and your loved ones are safe.

We are aware of the current wildfire situation and understand that many of you may have questions about Camp TWIGS.

Please know that we are actively monitoring conditions and assessing any potential impacts to camp. The safety of our campers, volunteers, and staff remains our highest priority.

We will provide an update by email tomorrow as we gather the most up-to-date information and determine the best path forward.

👕 Camp STIX Lost & Found 👟

Did your camper come home missing something? We still have a collection of lost and found items from Camp STIX!

We'll have all lost and found items available at the STIX Pool Party on Sunday, August 16, making it the perfect opportunity to check for any missing belongings.

If you know your camper is missing something but won't be at the pool party, please contact us so we can make other arrangements.

We hope to reunite these items with their owners! 💙

What an unforgettable week.

To our campers, thank you for bringing your courage, kindness, laughter, and willingness to try new things. You reminded us every day what makes Camp STIX so special.

To our parents and caregivers, thank you for trusting us with your children and allowing us to be part of their journey. Sharing this week with them is a privilege we never take for granted.

To our volunteers, medical team, staff, and supporters, thank you for making the magic of Camp STIX possible.

As we close another incredible chapter, we know the friendships, memories, and confidence built this week will last long after camp ends.

Thank you for an amazing week. We already can't wait for next summer.
