Christina, a server, had been sleeping on the floor while two of her children slept on a cot. Balancing her search for a new job and providing for her children's food and school uniform needs had left Christina struggling for stability. Big Table arrived on the scene with grocery assistance, gift cards for uniforms, and, ultimately, a new bed so that she could start each day refreshed. With these basic necessities covered, Christina knows she has Big Table in her corner to help her continue moving forward.

Looking for a way to help? 📱🤳📞

Got an old phone collecting dust? Your phone could serve hope to someone else!

Big Table San Diego is collecting gently used smartphones to help care recipients stay connected to their families, workplace, and essential services. If you have a spare phone sitting in a drawer, your donation can make a massive difference!

What we need:
► Condition: Fully functional with no cracked screens. (Chargers are a plus!)
► Status: Fully paid off and carrier unlocked.
► Data: Please sign completely out of your iCloud or Google accounts and factory reset the device. (We cannot reuse phones that are still locked to a previous account!)

How to donate:
► Drop off or mail your donated phone to our office at 7801 Mission Center Ct, Ste 320 San Diego, CA 92108.

Huge Spokane Chiefs fans!! Thank you! ❤️

On March 21, the Spokane Chiefs faced off in a 6-1 win over the Tri-City Americans, wearing specialty “Turn Back The Clock” themed Spokane Comets jerseys in front of a sell-out crowd of 10,334 raucous fans. The Comets played in Spokane in the early 1960’s.

Together with Miller Lite, the Chiefs auctioned off the unique game-worn jerseys with a portion of proceeds benefitting Big Table. This locally-founded organization supports restaurant and hospitality workers when they experience a crisis or unexpected challenge.
