For Crystal Bright, meaningful work has always started with people.
Over the past 25 years, she's led teams across education, hospitality, financial services, and developmental and behavioral therapy. While the industries have changed, one thing has remained the same: a commitment to putting people first. By building strong partnerships and keeping the customer at the center, she's helped create services that don't just meet expectations, they make a difference.
For the past eight years, Crystal has brought that same approach to workforce development, working alongside a talented team at WorkSource Columbia Basin to connect businesses with job seekers and help individuals build a path toward self-sufficiency.
Joining Career Path Services felt like a natural fit because its mission closely reflects her own values. Crystal believes everyone deserves the opportunity to meet their basic needs, discover purpose, and reach their full potential. She knows that meaningful employment and access to training can change the trajectory of a person's life, creating opportunities that extend far beyond a single job.
