Inland Northwest Honor Flight Inland Northwest Honor Flight’s mission is to transport Inland Northwest war veterans to Washington D.C.

to visit those memorials dedicated to honor their service and sacrifices. DONATIONS:
America is losing approximately 1000 WWII veterans per day. Time is not on our side and there is a great deal of urgency to raise the necessary funds to take our heroes to see their memorials. Nationally, The Honor Flight Network has a substantial waiting list, and it is up to the regional hubs to plan and execute

trips for Veterans from each area. Up until May of 2009, the Northwest region did not have an Honor Flight Hub and there is already a waiting list of local Veterans. Inland Northwest Honor Flight relies on your tax deducible donations to ensure that these men and women are able to see the memorials to their service and sacrifices. Ways to Donate

Inland NW Honor Flight extends our heartfelt gratitude to Congressman Michael Baumgartner for honoring our Director, Tony Lamanna, through his feature: Profiles in Patriotism.

Tony has dedicated his life to serving others—as a Spokane Police Department detective, mental health counselor, and tireless advocate for our nation’s veterans. Through his leadership, nearly 3,000 veterans have been given the opportunity to travel to Washington, D.C. and receive the recognition, gratitude, and honor they so deeply deserve.

We are grateful to Congressman Baumgartner for recognizing Tony’s extraordinary commitment to service, compassion, and patriotism.

Tony is always quick to redirect recognition to the veterans, volunteers, and community partners who make our mission possible—but today, we are proud to celebrate him.

Tony reminds us that patriotism is not simply something we feel—it is something we live through service to others.

We are aware that the VA hospital is currently closed due to the fire in the area. If you have any vets in your neighborhood, particularly those who are ill or frail elders, it might not be a bad idea to check on them and make sure they have what they need until the VA can reopen and resume their appointments. The spirit of INWHF and our supporters is a year round and ongoing endeavor.❤️❤️❤️🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
