🚨FREE STUFF ALERT🚨

We've spent years collecting art supplies, display fixtures, vinyl signs, market equipment, and creative odds and ends. As we move storage units, we'd love to see them put to use instead of moving them from one storage unit to another.

Holiday Market applications are open—and so are scholarship opportunities!

We’re offering 10 full booth scholarships for the 2026 Handmade Arcade Holiday Market. Five are reserved for BIPOC makers who are also members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community and/or BIPOC makers who are also folks with disabilities

There’s no extra application to complete—just submit your Holiday Market application and indicate that you’d like to be considered for a scholarship.

Need assistance with the application fee? Fee waivers are available as well.

Apply to be a Guest Juror for Handmade Arcade's 2026 Holiday Market!

We're looking for makers, artists, creative entrepreneurs, arts professionals, and event curators to serve as jurors for our 2026 Holiday Market.

We are especially seeking expertise in:
• Adult Clothing
• Ceramics
• Glass
• Jewelry
• Wood

Jurors will score applications using Handmade Arcade's jury rubric, participate in our in-person jury meeting on Saturday, July 25, and receive a $350 stipend.

Applications close June 22 at 11:59 PM (EST).

Hands-On Handmade Arcade applications are officially open for the 2026 Holiday Market!

If you are a maker, artist, or arts organization with a great idea for a hands-on making activity, live artistic demonstration, or interactive experience, submit your application now.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, with priority given to proposals submitted before September 1.

We've been a little quiet lately, but we promise it's for good reason!

Our full-time team members have been on staggered vacations, and our part-time team members are balancing their HA jobs and other creative work around Pittsburgh. Behind-the-scenes, we've been managing Emerging Craft Market & Youth Maker Accelerator applications and jurying, launching Holiday Market applications, supporting our BIPOC Maker Accelerator cohort, kicking off our strategic planning process, and so much more!

We hope you all have the best start to the summer. We can't wait to see you in-person in just 88 days (!!) for our Emerging Craft Market on August 29.
