Riverfront Theater Company

Riverfront Theater Company RTC has a fifty five year history of producing community theater for local audiences. We pride ourselves on being part of the community.

RTC is a non-profit theatrical organization for all ages!
🎟 to [Title of Show] https://www.ticketleap.events/tickets/riverfront-theater-company/rtc-presents-title-of-show A place where enthusiastic volunteers can work and play together, educate and mentor to young people, and create quality, affordable theater. We strive to be a

welcoming, and encouraging group who have created a comfortable and easily accessible theater experience for actors and theater tech people throughout the Pittsburgh region. History:

Stage Right began as the Faux Paw Players and then changed its name to the Fox Chapel Community Players, performing shows in the garage of a home in the Falconhurst housing plan back in the early-1960s. It became increasingly popular and moved first to O’Hara Elementary School, and then finally, changed its name to Stage Right and moved to Boyd Community Center — now replaced by the Lauri Ann West Community Center. After producing a few shows in the new center, we have now scheduled our 2019 and 2020 seasons of shows exclusively at Aspinwall Riverfront Park. As of the August 1, 2019, Stage Right began operating under the name Riverfront Theater Company so as to more closely align ourselves with our geographic location and distinguish ourselves as a separate entity from Stage Right in Greensburg, PA. Many past and present members of the RTC family have taken the skills they’ve honed with us and applied them to professional careers in the entertainment industry. We are constantly re-evaluating what we do and will always strive to become an even better source of cultural and creative experiences, and continue to be a proving ground for the professionals of tomorrow.

Its been ONE WEEK since we moved out of The Peirce in Pittsburgh's , and were counting the minutes until we can call Three Stories home again! Thank you a million times over to the people who made [Title of Show] nine people's favorite thing, and HUNDREDS of people's ninth favorite thing this run! Our hearts are so incredibly full to everyone that built, embraced, and enjoyed a piece of theater that brought us all to the barebones of what this journey is all about. Our first ensemble of the season has taken the final bow, and "stepped off".

Up next: time to paint the town Pink 💋💗
