We're hiring!

SKYE'S THE LIMIT FOUNDATION is a 501c3 Public Charity DEDICATED TO ADDRESSING THE URGENT NEED FOR COMPASSION AND HUMAN CONNECTION TO COUNTER THE SOCIAL ISOLATION THAT CAN CONTRIBUTE TO SUBSTANCE USE AND SU***DE.

OUR VISION IS TO SEE A RESILIENT WORLD WHERE WE THRIVE TOGETHER.

The Mission of Skye’s the Limit! Foundation is to prevent trauma-related loss by substance overdose and su***de by building resiliency and empowering youth, families, and communities through trauma-informed advocacy, education, peer support, and evidence-informed creative arts and nature-based intervention strategies.

We cultivate a trauma-informed community where artistic expression serves as a pathway to healing, connection, leadership, and lifelong resilience.

Skye’s the Limit was founded in light of the trauma-related overdose of 19-year-old Skye Gina Ratcliffe Pilato on September 30, 2014. After two su***de attempts, Skye resorted to drugs to numb the pain she was feeling in isolation. In her honor, Skye’s the Limit now educates the community on trauma, harm reduction, and self-care and works to provide an environment for youth to speak out, express themselves, and ask for help.

Skye’s the Limit! Foundation is seeking a proactive and systems-minded professional for a two-phase opportunity beginning as an Operations Systems Consultant and transitioning into a Part-Time Operations & Program Manager role. This position will help strengthen day-to-day operational coordination...

Week 1 of our Roots of Resilience Summer Youth Retreat is in the books!

What began with team building and preparation quickly grew into youth building connections, creativity, and confidence. Together, we explored the Roots of Resilience through:

🎨 Mural Mondays – building community through collaborative art with@Juan Paniagua Parra Legends
🌎 Cultural Crafts Tuesdays – exploring culture, identity, and connection with Cultural Coalition, Inc Anderson
🧘 Midweek Mindfulness Wednesdays – practicing regulation, self-awareness, and wellness tools with and Aryam Garcia
💃 Somatic Thursdays – salsa choreography, movement, creativity, and joy with Leon

Throughout the week, youth discovered healthy ways to connect with themselves and others while building skills that support resilience, belonging, and well-being.

Connection is Prevention. Community is Resilience.

A special thank you to our host and core partner, Phoenix Center For The Arts Phoenix Center for the Arts, for providing a welcoming space for youth to learn, create, and connect. We are also grateful for the support of the Arizona Community FoundationArizona Community Foundation Summer Youth Program Fund and the Maricopa County Public Health for helping make this program possible.

We can't wait to see what grows in the weeks ahead.
