Every successful teacher deserves a strong start.

That's why school district teams from across Arizona with a shared commitment to supporting and empowering new educators come together each year at the Arizona New Teacher Induction Network. Nancy Uxa and Melissa Lambert kicked off this year's network this past week with meaningful collaboration and actionable planning. Participants are strengthening induction and mentoring programs that help teachers grow, stay, and thrive in the profession.
