Those words came from a handwritten thank-you letter written by a fifth-grade student who received one of our Pantry Packs.

It's a simple reminder that every volunteer, donor and supporter makes a real difference. Every pack is a message to a child that their community cares.

This is why we do what we do.

What happens when community leadership meets school leadership?

For Women United member Carla Snyder, it meant stepping into the Partner with a Principal program (hosted by our partners at City of Phoenix, AZ USA) and spending time alongside Dr. G. at Rogers Ranch STEM Academy in Laveen.

Through the experience, Carla gained a firsthand look at the opportunities and challenges facing educators and students - and discovered new ways to show up, listen and build meaningful connections in our community.

That’s the power of partnership: bringing people together, learning from one another and turning those relationships into opportunities for impact. 💙
