For years, Amina worried about how she would feed her children and keep them in school.
Then she participated in Food for the Hungry's animal husbandry training and received a goat. She worked hard, grew her herd from one goat to seven, and made a bold decision to sell four goats to purchase a donkey and cart for a transportation business.
Today, her family has moved from daily survival to stability and growth.
"I am earning a better income now, and my children enjoy fresh goat's milk every day," Amina says. "I am so thankful to Food for the Hungry for this wonderful transformation and for solving my family's basic nutritional needs."
What started as one opportunity became a pathway to stability, nutrition, and hope for her children.
