FWBW. is a women-run nonprofit that is working to end period poverty and advocate for all!

5 years ago, this started as an idea. A belief that everyone deserves access, dignity, and support.

Since then, we have grown into something so much bigger than we ever imagined. And that’s because of all of you!!

To every volunteer who showed up, every donor who gave what they could, every partner who believed in our mission, and every person who helped us spread the word — thank you. You are the reason we’ve been able to serve our communities, have real conversations, and continue working toward ending period poverty.

This milestone belongs to all of us!!

We are always looking for new remedies to help us out with our
period problems!

From heating pads to herbal teas, people have tried it all, and now
research is exploring how medicinal cannabis may help relieve
menstrual pain. Science is still learning, but it’s exciting to see more
options being studied for real relief!

**We love curiosity and care about your health 🫶 Cannabis can affect everyone differently, especially during your cycle. Always listen to your body and talk with your doctor before trying something new. We’re not medical professionals — just a community creating space for open, stigma-free conversation.**

Join us at for a night of creativity + community led by a Brooklyn art teacher, with giveaways from and , and an open, shame-free convo about periods.

We’ll be assembling menstrual hygiene kits all night so you can leave inspired and make an impact.
