In a city as large and diverse as New York, access to menstrual health resources is not experienced the same way everywhere.

A free product at school is important. So are clean public bathrooms, safe housing, accessible healthcare, and reliable information.

Geography can shape access to all of these resources, which is why menstrual equity requires more than simply providing products. It requires looking at the environments people move through every day.

Sweat, community, and impact!!

Our Period Action Day event was one for the books! Thanks to everyone who showed up, showed out, and supported our mission, we raised enough to provide period products for 140 menstruators!

We’re so grateful to everyone who made this event possible, from our amazing attendees to our incredible partners and sponsors. Every bit of support helps us get closer to a world where period products are accessible to all.

A little reminder this Period Action Day!

Period poverty is the lack of access to affordable menstrual products and the resources needed to manage periods with dignity. Everyone deserves access to period care, and no one should have to choose between menstrual products and other basic necessities. Our mission is to provide access to period products to those affected by period poverty through distribution, education, and advocacy for menstrual equity!

Today and every day, let’s keep raising awareness, breaking stigma, and fighting for menstrual equity.

Come sweat it out for Period Action Day!

We’re teaming up with Helena Fay | NYC Strength Coach, radglobal, LSKD, and for a workout at Life Time Atlantic Ave on October 10 at 2 PM.

Expect a good sweat, refreshing drinks from Magic Mind, Hiyo, and Wave, plus goodie bags filled with goodies from Grüns, Cora, Knix, Goodwipes, and Brooklyn Running Company.

We’ll also have giveaways from RAD and WTHN

Menstrual health has historically received less attention than its widespread impact would suggest.

Research gaps don’t stay in laboratories. They can show up as delayed diagnoses, limited treatment options, inadequate education, and policies that aren’t informed by enough evidence.

Investing in menstrual health research means investing in better healthcare, better data, and better outcomes.

The question isn’t whether menstrual health deserves research. It’s why it hasn’t received enough of it.

500 hygiene kits packed and headed to NYC public schools 💌

Our Bloom Into the School Year event brought everyone together to pack kits filled with Aunt Flow and Honey Pot products for students across New York City.

We also had some really great conversations about period poverty, the barriers that still exist, and what it takes to create meaningful solutions.

Thank you to everyone who came out, packed a kit, shared a conversation, and helped make the day what it was. We’re so excited to see these kits get into the hands of students who need them.

PCOS is a complex hormonal and metabolic condition that can affect menstruation, ovulation, skin, hair, and other aspects of health.

Because symptoms can vary so much, recognizing patterns and discussing persistent changes with a healthcare professional can be important.

More awareness. Better education. Earlier recognition. Better care. Period.

What’s in a period care kit? 🩷

Pads + tampons! The essentials to help students feel prepared for whatever their period (or the school day) throws their way. We’ll be packing these kits and donating them to students across NYC who need them.
