That’s part of why FAITH RXD exists. We want to help create spaces where a shared love for fitness opens the door to meaningful relationships rooted in Christ. Whether you find a chapter near you or take the step to start one in your community, our hope is that you’ll find opportunities to build relationships with people who will encourage you, challenge you, pray for you, and point you back to Jesus. And just as importantly, that you’ll become that person for someone else. Because we all need people in our corner, and we all have a responsibility to show up in someone else’s.

“How do you remain faithful well?”

Faith RXD Columbus | Faith & encouragement posed this question to their community a few weeks and went on to share:

How do you remain faithful, well?

Especially when you can’t see the results yet or you’re still waiting for something to come to fruition or struggling to hear from the Lord. What helps you keep showing up, trusting God, and staying faithful in the process?

We discussed the 400 years between the Old and New Testaments. It may have seemed like God was silent, but He was still working, even when no one could see it.

I think that’s a lot like training. You don’t always see the strength building, the endurance improving, or the results happening day to day. But you keep showing up. You trust the process, stay disciplined, and believe the work is doing something greater-even before you can see it.
Our faith can be the same way.

There will be seasons when it feels like nothing is happening or God is silent and our prayers feel unanswered, when God may actually be working in ways we can’t yet understand.

When maybe He’s preparing you in the waiting for something He’s calling you to in this next season.
So how do we stay faithful when we can’t see what God is doing?

This is an uncomfortable verse. Our default is to make sense of things going on and try to understand everything in our lives. However, there is a quiet kind of faith that says, “I don’t need to understand everything.”

I don’t need every answer.
I don’t need to know what God is doing in someone else’s life.
I don’t need to figure out what He hasn’t asked me to figure out.
I don’t need to carry what He never asked me to carry.

David says, “I do not get involved with things too great or too wondrous for me. Instead, I have calmed and quieted my soul.” — Psalm 131:1–2

Sometimes peace doesn’t come because our circumstances finally make sense. It comes because we stop demanding that they do.

We remember who God is.
We remember who we are.
And we entrust the things beyond us to the One who holds them.

There is freedom in accepting that some things are simply too great for us—and choosing to be still before God anyway.

You don’t have to have it all figured out to have peace.

You just have to know the One who does.
