Your weekly shop could help support a local young person. ๐Ÿ’œ

No5 has been selected for Waitrose Community Matters, which means every green token placed in our box helps us towards receiving vital funding.

It only takes a moment, but your support can help us continue being there for young people when they need us most.

Today is GCSE Results Day! ๐Ÿ’œ

For some, today will bring celebrations and excitement about what comes next. For others, there may be disappointment, uncertainty or results you weren't expecting.

However you're feeling about your results, give yourself some time to take it all in.

Your grades might help shape your next step, but they don't define your worth, your potential or everything you're capable of achieving.

If things haven't gone to plan, remember there are different routes forward and people who can help you explore your options.

Whatever that piece of paper says today, you are more than your results. ๐Ÿ’œ

Mental health matters at every age. ๐Ÿ’œ

Reaching out for support isn't a sign that there's something wrong with you. Sometimes it's about having the space to understand what's happened, how it's affected you, and how you'd like to move forward.

Our reduced fee counselling service for adults aged 26+ offers a safe, confidential environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings with a qualified counsellor, without judgement.

Sessions cost ยฃ25, and full information, including the referral form, can be found here. ๐Ÿ‘‡

Didn't get the results you were hoping for? ๐Ÿ’œ

It's okay to feel disappointed, upset or unsure about what happens next. Give yourself some time to process how you're feeling โ€“ you don't have to figure everything out today.

When you're ready, talk to someone you trust and start exploring your options. A different course, an apprenticeship, resits or another route entirely could take you where you want to go.

Try not to compare your next step with everyone else's. There is no single 'right' route, and one set of results doesn't decide your future.

This is one moment, not your whole story. ๐Ÿ’œ

This week's is dedicated to Terry Tarbox of Active Heating Services, who led our incredible Dragon Boat team to victory at the Rotary Club Of Pangbourne Dragon Boat Race! ๐Ÿšฃ๐Ÿ†

After the team's brilliant success in June, we were finally able to present Terry with the trophy and celebrate an amazing day which also helped raise over ยฃ2,400 to support local young people's mental health. ๐Ÿ’œ

No winning Dragon Boat team is complete without matching bandanas, so our friends at SmarterImpressions1 have kindly kitted everyone out with one to celebrate the victory!

A huge thank you to Terry for leading the team, to everyone who took part, and to every person who donated and cheered them on.

This victory belongs to all of you. Thank you! ๐Ÿ’œ
