This week's is dedicated to Ashton Sewell of Francis Construction who last weekend took on Ironman 70.3!

Ashton completed a 1.9km sea swim, 90km cycle and a 21km run all in aid of No5 and has raised over £200 so far!

It's almost here!
This weekend, our Dragon Boat team are putting all their practise to the test and taking part in the Pangbourne Rotary Dragon Boat Race to raise money to support young people's mental health!🚣

All funds will go directly to providing free, confidential mental health services for local young people who are struggling right now

As part of their work with , on 28th April, Young Voices co-hosted an Accountability Assembly that brought together local representatives of political parties to share their concerns about housing and homelessness, and safety and accessibility in parks and open spaces.

We are incredibly proud of the young people we get to work alongside as part of our Young Voices group!

They really are such an inspiration, and a showcase of what young people can do, and what change they can make, if the environment around them helps them feel safe, heard, and supported.
