10 Hygiene packs to the Love Grace charity

Love Grace is empowering victims of domestic abuse in honour of Grace Millane. The charity was started by Grace’s parents, who continue to support and help women in need in every possible way.

We learned about this initiative from a parent at The Abbey School, Reading who wanted to collect hygiene products for the charity. .madeti , an ACT volunteer, took care of all the shopping, while the entire Woodley team contributed towards the shopping cost. Teamwork.

On the 21st May 2026, delivered all the hygiene products.

A very proud moment in the history of ACT Foundation UK.

Mohanji says, "awards are not personal accolades, but validations of the path of ahimsa (non-violence) and compassion.”

Mohanji believes that such recognitions confirm that the mission to transform “humankind into kind humans” is on the right track. ❤️

We are deeply honoured to receive an award for the year 2026 from the Woodley Town Council, recognising our service and contribution to the Woodley community in South East England. The award was presented by Councillor Darren Smith, Town Mayor of Woodley.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to every ACT volunteer who works tirelessly to serve the community by giving their time, energy, resources, and love in abundance. This recognition belongs to each one of you.

Last but not least, we remain forever grateful to Mohanji for creating this platform that allows us to give back to the community with love and purpose. 🙏

The ACT Foundation UK proudly raised funds in support of Brook Farm Animal Sanctuary🧡🐾

Four dedicated ACT volunteers came together with a shared vision to support a vegan animal sanctuary by organising a vegan food stall through ACT Foundation UK.

It was a truly inspiring and successful day. Alongside serving delicious home-cooked vegan snacks, we had the opportunity to connect with many people and share the ACT mission, as well as our collaborations with organisations supporting a wide range of community initiatives across the UK and around the world.

We also had MF and MCB leaflets available, which sparked meaningful conversations and questions from visitors.

The response from the community was overwhelming — the snacks sold out so quickly that we had to prepare more on the spot!

A rewarding day that beautifully reflected the strength of compassion, community spirit, and volunteer teamwork. 🧡
