Launchpad Reading

We’re halfway through Walkies, our October dog walk challenge. 🐾

To those who are taking part, thank you and keeeeeeep walking! 🐕

If you would like to donate to the challenge please visit our website and click the donate button. 🙏

We love dogs at Launchpad and remain one of the few homeless charities that accept dogs in accommodation because we do not want to separate vulnerable people from their pooches 🐶

We're delighted to be offering free Will writing appointments for Launchpad supporters, with Octopus Legacy.

Wills are one of those important tasks that many of us intend to get around to but often put off. Yet an up-to-date Will is one of the simplest ways to ensure the people you love are protected and that your wishes are carried out in the future.

There are more details about this here https://launchpadreading.org.uk/get-involved/legacy-and-in-memory-gifts/

There is no obligation whatsoever to leave a gift to Launchpad in your Will. However, after taking care of family and friends, some of our supporters choose to remember Launchpad with a gift, like Lucian.

We're also going to be in Reading Town Centre tomorrow, outside M&S in Broad Street, along with other brilliant charities and organisations.
Saturday 10 October is World Homeless Day and we will be highlighting the work we do in the area to support people who are homeless, or at risk of becoming homeless. Please come and say hello. 👋
