The first taster sessions of Parkinson's Nordic Walking with Nic Asher were really successful and enjoyable this month in Seaburn and Herrington Park, Sunderland.

The Prime Minister wants to fix social care in England - and you can have your say on what the future system looks like and ask for urgent reform.

Baroness Louise Casey has been leading an independent commission into adult social care. The Commission was expected to make recommendations for change in 2028, but the Prime Minister has brought this forward to 2027, so changes can be made sooner.

As part of Baroness Casey’s independent review, she launched a Big Conversation on Care. It’s a chance for you to share what you need from our social care system.

Tell the government what good care looks like for you, so the reforms work for people with Parkinson’s, family, friends and care partners.

You can share your ideas, vote on others people’s suggestions, and join conversations online at: https://caseycommission.co.uk/bigconversation/
