☀️🔥 London heat warning this week — let’s run smart, not hard.
With temperatures rising, we want to make sure that runs are safe. 🏃♀️🏃♂️
A few reminders:
💧 Bring water/electroytes and hydrate before & after your run
🌅 Choose cooler times of day where possible - don't train between 11am -3pm
🐢 Slow the pace — this week is about moving, not chasing PBs
🏃Monitor heart rate
🧢 Wear sun protection and listen to your body
Most importantly: look out for each other. A good run is one you finish feeling strong.
