It’s not too late to sign up for the Asda Tickled Pink Bucket Collection this October!

This year’s an extra special one as it’s Asda Tickled Pink's 30th birthday! 30 years of chest-checking conversations, pink buckets and putting breast cancer awareness on everyone’s shopping list.

We're looking for volunteers to join us in Asda stores across the UK on the 3rd and 4th October to collect donations and spread the word about chest-checking.

We’re off to the Great Wall of China for our CoppaTrek! with Giovanna Fletcher 🇨🇳✨

Next month, our captains will set off to take on the incredible Great Wall of China alongside 120 iconic trekkers. But this trek is about so much more - together, they’ll be walking to raise vital funds for life-saving breast cancer awareness 💖

Together with our friends at Tommy's we're raising awareness of what's natural when it comes to breast changes during pregnancy 🍒

It's natural for your breasts to change during pregnancy. both pregnancy and breastfeeding cause changes because your breasts respond to pregnancy hormones.

If you're worried about any new or unusual changes for you, talk to your GP or midwife 💗

For Breast Cancer Awareness Month this October, we're bringing big Pink energy to Asda stores across the UK for our 2026 Tickled Pink Fundraising Weekend 💖

Last year our amazing community raised over £78,000 in a single weekend, in addition to over £100m raised over the decades funding life-saving research, education and awareness. This year, for the 30th anniversary, we want to go even bigger ✨

We're looking for volunteers to join us in Asda stores across the UK on the 3rd and 4th October to collect donations and spread the word about chest-checking.

If you’d like to get involved, pick your date, choose your local store and show up on the day wearing your most pink and glittery outfit. Friends and family are welcome, and all we ask is that you stay for at least an hour.

Signs of breast cancer, like a rash, crusting, or colour change on or around your ni**le can appear differently depending on your skin tone.

There are lots of reasons why your skin could become irritated, especially if you're breastfeeding.

Visit your GP if this is a new or unusual change for you. 🍒

Be aware of changes to your breasts and chest that might be signs of breast cancer.

Getting into the habit of checking your chest every month is an easy way to stay on top of knowing what's normal for you. 🍒💗
