We met on Tuesday for dinner. There were thirteen attendees including the Chair of the District Foundation.

It was a good meeting and we also had visitors from the Rotary e-Club Diaspora Uganda Cranes.

It was a beautiful moment yesterday, December 4th, as we held our Christmas Dinner at the Jinli Chinese Restaurant at Leicester Square.

We were also privileged to have the presence of the following special visitors:
- District Governor Elect - Adruan Faiers and his wife, Shirley Faiers (Rotarians from the Rotary Club of Dulwich, Peckham and Crystal Palace).
- Assistant Governor - Ian Balcombe and his wife Gillian (Rotary Club of London).
- ⁠Assistant Governor - Jelelat Oyentunji (Rotary Club of Chiswick & Brentford).
- ⁠Josepina Maresca (Rotary Club of Twickenham).
- ⁠Ravi Ramanand (Rotary Club of Trinidad and Tobago).

Thank you all for making out time for this year’s edition.

We look forward to subsequent opportunities to bond and have fun.

In support for the building of a library for the St. Elizabeth Lureko Girls School in Mumias, Kenya, which the Rotary Club of Westminster West - London has adopted as the project for the 24-25 Rotary year, President Mr David Ng has printed a collection of greeting cards for sale to raise money for the project.

The cards were copies of watercolour paintings which he created from inspirations from his travels. For example, from watching the idiosyncratic walk of groups of penguins in the Falkland Islands; safari animals jostling around waterholes in South Africa and the dance of the flamingos in Namibia.

Below are a selection of the cards. The cards are on sale for £3 each or 4 for £10.

High quality Giclee prints of the artwork n A3 or A4 sizes are also for sale.
