Did you know our FLY program gives high school students a hands-on introduction to philanthropy and community leadership.

Students learn about the needs and opportunities in York County, explore the work of local nonprofits, and ultimately help decide where funding is awarded to local organizations through a partnership we have with the York County Community Foundation!

What an evening! ✨

Thank you to everyone who joined us last night for our Mentorship York & York Federal Fellows Alumni Social! It was wonderful to reconnect with alumni, welcome prospective participants, and celebrate our shared mission of developing stronger leaders for a stronger community.

A special thank you to Morgan Deller (MY 24) and Jess Brubaker (MY 15, current mentor, and YFF 24) for sharing their leadership journeys and the impact these programs have had on their lives.
