Here’s a look at what the Mentorship York class has been up to!

Over the past few months, the MY class has been diving into some great conversations with mentors who brought different perspectives and experiences to the table:

✨ July | Emotional Intelligence & Leadership Presence
John Klinedinst challenged mentees to think about how they show up under pressure, manage emotions, and build trust through their leadership presence.

✨ August | Take Ownership of Your Life
Ophelia Chambliss encouraged mentees to think intentionally about their goals, strengths, relationships, and the choices that shape their careers and lives.

✨ September | Have the Conversation You’ve Been Avoiding
Jessica Brubaker led a practical conversation about navigating difficult conversations with clarity and empathy, and why addressing challenges early can strengthen trust.

Three sessions that have given our mentees new perspectives and plenty of opportunities to learn and grow!
