Today we remember and honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice to keep America the land of the free. We stand alongside the families and friends who mourn those lost, we share the stories of the men and women who gave everything and honor their legacy. It’s so vital to remember that today is not a day of wild celebrations, but of quiet remembrance.

The Miss America Opportunity is so proud to be partnered with the association on their initiative. Through this partnership we raise funds for research, spread awareness, support survivors and encourage preventive actions to fight cardiovascular disease, the number one killer of women in the United States.

Thank you so much to Miss Brenda’s class for having me!

I loved speaking with students at Thaddeus Stevens College about the Miss America Opportunity, PhlebotomyFam, and even giving them a first look at my states wardrobe! Answering their questions, sharing my story and hearing about their lives brought me so much joy 😄

My favorite age group to speak with is my own, I’m always inspired by what my peers are doing to achieve their dreams and help others! I don’t think I’ve ever laughed more during an appearance ❤️

Roomie Post!

I’m so lucky to be rooming with my sweet Cara Mia! Her name alone says everything you need to know about her, she is a loving woman who always puts others above herself. I’ve had the privilege of having her as one of my mentors in the Miss America Opportunity as a teen and I’m so blessed to now have her as a sister! She is determined but gentle, she is truly such a light in this world! Cara Mia inspires others by sharing her story of what it’s like to have a loved one with Multiple Sclerosis, show others with MS that it doesn’t not define them, and how we can make our world more inclusive, a well as serve and aid those with MS. Cara Mia, I can’t wait for Miss Pennsylvania week with you in the fabulous
