Meet this week’s Breastie of the Week: Gracee Power! While her official title is Director of Comfort & Emotional Support, she could easily double as our Director of Mischief. Gracee is notorious for keeping us on our toes—whether she is sneaking away with something she knows she shouldn't have or casually pretending she wasn't just caught in the act!

Jokes aside, Gracee is the steady, intuitive heartbeat of our organization. She has an incredible, unspoken ability to sense when someone needs comfort, providing a safe and warm space during both difficult and joyful moments. She truly exemplifies what it means to show up for others (while keeping life fun!). 💖

Not a fan of spreadsheets or confusing budgeting apps? You are not alone! 🛑 In a world filled with "tap-to-pay" technology, it is incredibly easy to lose track of where your money is actually going.

In this week's , Michelle brings up a highly relatable point: What if you just aren't tech-savvy? Flavia's answer is beautifully simple—go back to good old-fashioned pen and paper! ✍️

Writing down your finances physically holds you accountable in a way that apps often miss. To get started, all you need to do is:

List your income: Write down exactly what you are bringing in right now.

List your expenses: Write down your monthly bills and what is going out.

Do the math: Simply add and subtract!

It worked for generations before us, and it still works today. You don't need a computer to take control of your financial wellness!
